During the event I reveal an extraordinary breathing exercise which improves everything we can measure about the human body.
We are all electrical beings with a number of energy systems flowing around our bodies but sometimes the flow becomes clogged up for various reasons and that’s when problems can set in.
You will discover how our energy flows get stuck and why it is essential for our basic wellbeing to keep the body’s energy flowing easily and effortlessly. The conclusion of each event is a short group hypnosis session which everyone finds truly amazing, particularly those who have never tried it before.

You can also book an online mental gym. Yes it works really well online and can even be a bit more cost-effective. Online is particularly good for regular top-up sessions and to teach new techniques. We have a massive resource gathered over many years and we’re adding to it all the time so you’ll never learn all our stuff! But there’s a lot to be said for being in the same room with each other and I love to get around and meet people face to face.
